Shipping

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Thursday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 2-5 business days
  • Cost: A flat rate of R100 per order
  • Tracking: Included using The Courier Guy

Local Collection

  • Available from our premises in Durban
  • Contact us to arrange collection after your order is ready

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily serve customers within South Africa. International shipping may be available on request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Shipping Costs

Standard flat rate: R100 per order

Free shipping may be available on orders over a specified amount. Check our homepage or promotions for current free shipping thresholds.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  • We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund

Returns

Return Policy Summary

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Contact us before returning any item
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and view your order history
  2. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship to the return address provided
  6. We will inspect and process your refund within 5-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened paints, thinners, and chemical products
  • Used markers, pens, and consumables
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards
